Return Instructions

We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why we offer 30 days to return your lotto.sportlife.us order

All product must be in re-sellable condition for exchange or refund. Shoes may not be worn outside of the house or used to play tennis in. Apparel must have tags attached and in brand new condition. Any items that do not meet this criteria will be deemed ineligible for refund or exchange.

For your convenience, Sport Life US purchases can be returned by mail with proof of purchase, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or by phone.

How to return by mail

Follow these four steps:

  1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available. If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.
  2. Include invoice plus your name, address, email, phone number and brief description of why you’re returning the item.
  3. Address your package to:

    Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Sport Life USA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Have an exchange?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges by mail. You have the following options:

  1. Call us at 484-261-2100 to order a replacement item and we will waive any standard shipping charges on your order. Then follow the instructions above to return your original item by mail.
  2. Order a replacement item online, then follow the instructions above to return your original item by mail. Include your replacement order number with your return and we will refund any standard shipping charges paid on your replacement order. *If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by phone or email.
    *Returned merchandise that does not appear in satisfactory condition will be declined and sent back.
    *If your item has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
